The billing starts when the gateway instance is launched and ends when the instance is deleted.

Only when a VPN gateway is in a normal state, its connections can be torn down. If a VPN gateway is in faulty, updating, deleting, or frozen state, its connections cannot be torn down.
In the P2C VPN gateway list, locate the target P2C VPN gateway, and click View Server in the Operation column. Choose User Management > Users. Locate the row that contains the target user, and click Modify in the Operation column.
