bucket If you copy the database backup files to an Object Storage Service (OBS) bucket, ensure that the OBS bucket is located in the same region as the destination instance.
When you upload backup files to a self-built OBS bucket, you select Archive for Storage Class. OBS archive storage offers cloud storage for rarely accessed data. An archive file uploaded for the first time is in the Not restored status.
Create an OBS bucket and upload the backup file to the OBS bucket. If the size of the file uploaded at a time does not exceed 5 GB, select Standard for Storage Class and Public Read for Bucket Policy on the OBS console.

Upload files to an OBS bucket. For details, see Uploading Backup Files. Log in to the DRS console. Click in the upper left corner and select a region and a project. Choose Service List > Databases > Data Replication Service.
OBS: The backup file is from an OBS bucket. RDS: The backup file is a full backup of an RDS DB instance. bucket_name No String The OBS bucket name. This parameter is mandatory when the backup file in an OBS bucket is used for data restoration.

You need to estimate the time based on the configuration of the source database. 2 Upload the backup file to an OBS bucket. OBS does not limit the upload and download speed.
The OBS Administrator permission for backup tasks is required.
