Billing Binlogs are stored in OBS buckets. For the billing details, see How Is TaurusDB Backup Data Billed? Prerequisites Binlog can only be enabled when the following conditions are met: If the kernel version is earlier than 2.0.45.230900, set log-bin to ON.
Modifying cold table data To modify a cold table that has been dumped to OBS, you can migrate the table back to your instance on the console, but the data of the table is still stored in OBS. To delete data from OBS, submit a service ticket.
The backup region needs to support OBS cross-region replication. For details about the supported regions, see Cross-Region Replication.
In this way, DAS automatically connects to your OBS bucket for in-memory reading. Creating an OBS bucket is free, but you will be billed for storing data in the bucket. Choose from OBS If you select Choose from OBS for File Source, you need to select a file from the bucket.

TaurusDB backups TaurusDB backups are stored in OBS buckets and are not visible to you. - Binlog function TaurusDB allows you to enable binlog. You can only enable binlog for read replicas when the kernel version of your TaurusDB instance is 2.0.54.240600 or later.

The backups stored in Object Storage Service (OBS) buckets and the Elastic Cloud Servers (ECSs) used by TaurusDB are invisible to you. They are only visible in the TaurusDB backend management system.
Object Storage Service (OBS) Stores automated and manual backups of your TaurusDB instances. Cloud Eye Monitors TaurusDB resources in real time and reports alarms and warnings promptly if any.

All the TaurusDB backups are stored on OBS without occupying the storage of your DB instances. TaurusDB provides free backup space of the same size as your purchased storage.
Export all: Select an OBS bucket and a directory to export log details to the OBS bucket. Up to 100,000 records can be exported. If no OBS bucket is available, click Create. In the displayed dialog box, enter an OBS bucket name, and click OK.
