HUAWEI CLOUD RAM Service Statement
Please read and make sure you understand this Service Statement before using the Resource Access Manager (RAM) service.
1. Service Content
RAM helps you securely and conveniently share your cloud resources with other accounts or within your organization.
2. Privacy Protection
2.1 Information to Be Collected
To use RAM properly, you must authorize the collection and use of the following information (including your personal information) for fulfilling core business functions:
(1) Authentication information, such as the user account (domainId) and IAM token. This information will be used for creating resource shares and accepting those shared by others.
(2) Automatically generated cloud resource information, such as the cloud resource ID (ResourceId), cloud resource identifier (ResourceURN), and organization ID (OrganizationID). This information will be used when you choose to share cloud resources.
2.2 Information Protection
Huawei Cloud will use encryption or other measures to protect the collected information. For the purpose of providing services to you, Huawei Cloud will retain your personal information during your use of related services.
If you no longer use RAM (If you disable RAM and release service data, or deregister your Huawei Cloud account), or if you delete your personal data, then sixty (60) days, Huawei Cloud will by default delete your information from Huawei servers.
Huawei Cloud shall not share, transfer, or disclose your information without your prior consent unless otherwise required by relevant laws and regulations.
The information above is stored in the mainland of China.
3. Representations and Warranties
3.1 Representations by Both Parties
You must ensure that your use of RAM complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Huawei Cloud only provides standard services upon your request and is not responsible for the legal compliance of your use.
You understand that the preceding information is mandatory for providing services. If you do not provide or do not allow us to collect and use the information, Huawei Cloud shall not be able to provide the RAM service.
3.2 Privacy Protection
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you may retain the rights to access, modify, delete, deny or limit access, or transfer your information. If you have any questions, contact us through the contact information provided in the Huawei Cloud Privacy Statement.
