Added the function and description of the OBS tablespace to "CREATE TABLESPACE".

Click the name of the corresponding Flink job, choose Run Log, click OBS Bucket, and locate the folder of the log you want to view according to the date. Go to the folder of the date, find the folder whose name contains taskmanager, download the .out file, and view result logs.
You can transfer logs to OBS buckets for long-term storage. NOTE: Currently, only whitelisted users can submit service tickets to apply for extending the log retention period to 1,095 days.
Basic Transfer Traffic: traffic for transferring logs to OBS, DMS, and DIS. Such transfers do not require field mapping and consume less computing power. This parameter is displayed only when log transfer billing is enabled.
Transfer and Download (available only to whitelisted users): Download log files through OBS transfer tasks. Up to 20 million logs can be downloaded at a time. Click Transfer to access the Configure Log Transfer page. For details, see Transferring Logs to OBS.
