Use the API described in Deleting an EVS Snapshot (OpenStack Cinder API v2). URI DELETE /v2.1/{project_id}/os-snapshots/{snapshot_id} Table 1 describes the parameters in the URI.
To check the supported regions, see the region information shown under "EVS Snapshots" in Function Overview Calling Method For details, see Calling APIs.
Range For details, see EVS Snapshot Status. project_id String The tenant ID.
Public services, such as Elastic Cloud Server (ECS), Elastic Volume Service (EVS), Object Storage Service (OBS), Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic IP (EIP), and Image Management Service (IMS), are shared within the same region.
However, when using CCE, you may also be using other cloud services, such as Elastic Cloud Server (ECS), Elastic Volume Service (EVS), Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic Load Balance (ELB), and SoftWare Repository for Containers (SWR). What Is Quota?
The following PVC types support usage monitoring: EVS PVCs (The value of volumeMode must be Filesystem.) Local PVCs (The Everest version installed in the cluster must be 2.4.41 or later.)
FlexVolume (Discarded) Introduction CCE Container Storage (FlexVolume), also called storage-driver, functions as a standard Kubernetes FlexVolume plugin to allow containers to use EVS, SFS, OBS, and SFS Turbo storage resources.
Shared EVS disks do not have cluster management capabilities. You need to build a clustered system for data sharing, such as Windows MSCS, Veritas VCS, and Veritas CFS clusters. Parent topic: Sharing
Fault Recovery CBR allows you to back up and restore cloud resources, including ECSs, EVS disks, SFS Turbo file systems, and Workspace desktops. If a resource fails, you can use backups to quickly restore data and services. For more information, see Function Overview.
EVS disks can process I/O requests concurrently, so 100% disk I/O usage does not mean that the disk encounters the performance bottleneck. For example, an EVS disk takes 0.1 second to process an I/O request and can process 10 I/O requests concurrently.
(Optional) EVS disk EVS disks that you create when you create a BMS are billed in the same manner as the BMS, but those you later attached to a BMS are billed independently (pay-per-use or yearly/monthly). For details, see EVS Pricing Details.
For details about how to grant the KMS access rights, see EVS Disk Encryption in the Elastic Volume Service User Guide. 400 EVS.2059 invalid enterpriseProjectID Invalid enterprise project ID.
Delete or unsubscribe from the disk according to Unsubscribing from or Deleting an EVS Disk. Then, buy a new disk in the AZ where the server belongs. Data on the disk is required. Create a backup for the disk using the CBR service.
Does EVS Support Automatic Snapshot Creation? Can I Create Snapshots for Multiple Disks at a Time? How Is a Snapshot Created for My Disk? Why Can't I Roll Back My Disk Data from a Snapshot? Can I Roll Back Data from a Snapshot After Reinstalling the OS or Formatting a Disk?
Snapshot data can only be rolled back to source EVS disks. Rollback to a different disk is not possible. If the snapshot is being created, it cannot be used to roll back disk data.
Background CBR provides the backup service for EVS disks, BMSs, and ECSs. If you have created a backup for an ECS using CBR, you can use the backup to create a full-ECS image. If you use a CBR backup to create a full-ECS image, you will only be charged for the CBR backup.
Use the API described in Querying EVS Disks (OpenStack Cinder API v2). URI GET /v2.1/{project_id}/os-volumes Table 1 describes the parameters in the URI. Table 1 Parameter description Parameter Mandatory Description project_id Yes Specifies the project ID.
