Elastic Volume Service (EVS) The Organizations service provides Service Control Policies (SCPs) to set access control policies. SCPs do not actually grant any permissions to a principal. They only set the permissions boundary for the principal.
You can use an EVS volume only as a new disk. The content in the EVS volume that has not been mounted to CCI is invisible to the container. If you delete an imported EVS disk from the EVS console, it cannot be detected by CCI.
Creating an EVS Disk from a Snapshot Sign in to the EVS console. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Elastic Volume Service > Snapshots. The Snapshots page is displayed. In the snapshot list, locate the target snapshot and click Create Disk in the Operation column.

EVS Volume Overview For persistent storage, CCE Autopilot allows you to mount the storage volumes (PVs) created from Elastic Volume Service (EVS) disks to a path of a container. When the container is migrated within an AZ, the mounted volumes are also migrated.
