EVS disk If an EVS disk (a system disk or a data disk) is created along with a yearly/monthly ECS, the EVS disk is also billed on a yearly/monthly basis. EIP Only EIPs billed by bandwidth can be bound to yearly/monthly ECSs created on the CCE console.

Xrole Name: set to EVSAccessKMS, which means that permissions have been assigned to EVS to obtain KMS keys for encrypting or decrypting EVS disks. KMS Key Name: specifies the name of the key used by the encrypted EVS disk.
Note the following when using the two types of storage media (local disks and EVS disks): Only an EVS disk can be used as the system disk of a D7 ECS. Both EVS disks and local disks can be used as data disks of a D7 ECS.

For example, quotes can be set to limit the number of ECS instances or EVS disks that can be created. For dynamic resources, their quotas must be considered to avoid access being affected when the quota is used up.
