Choose Storage > Elastic Volume Service to go to the EVS console. Locate the row that contains the target disk and view the disk specifications, attributes, and billing mode.

Getting Started Creating an EVS Disk
On the EVS console, click Unpaid in the Status column. The order details page is displayed. Click Pay or Cancel Order. Return to the EVS disk list. If the Expand Capacity button is available, the operation is successful.
