Cost optimization evaluation for changing pay-per-use billing to yearly/monthly: Automatically identifies long-running resources (such as ECS, EVS, RDS, ELB, and SFS Turbo) and generates optimization recommendations and estimated savings for changing from pay-per-use to yearly/monthly
For details, see Detaching an EVS Disk from a Running ECS. Log in to the API Explorer. Set the following parameters: Region: Select the target region. Project_id: indicates the project ID, which is automatically filled after login.
Switch to the EVS console. In the disk list, locate the disk you detached and click the disk name. Check whether the disk has changed from a Data disk to a Bootable disk. If it has, go to the next step. Re-attach the original system disk.

The resources associated with the ECSs created on a DeH, such as images, EIPs, EVS disks, and CBR, are billed by hour. The fee deduction time of pay-per-use resources may be later than the settlement period.
