In using Global Accelerator's cross-border networks, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this disclaimer.

1.Service Content

The cross-border networks are provided by the Shenzhen Branch of China United Network Communications Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Shenzhen Branch of China Unicom"). The bandwidth, specifications, and price are subject to your order generated on the Huawei Cloud official website.

The information provided on or via this website is necessarily required for the Shenzhen Branch of China Unicom to grant you a cross-border permit as requested by the law.

2.Mutual Representation

You acknowledge that the information you provide is authentic and accurate. If any information is incorrect or fails to meet the requirements of the Shenzhen branch of China Unicom, you shall bear responsibility for any possible consequences such as the failure to obtain a cross-border permit.

You shall use the Global Accelerator service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for legal compliance.

If you use this service for any illegal purpose, you shall bear all the consequences and legal liability. The Shenzhen branch of China Unicom has the right to take measures including but not limited to stopping providing cross-border networks, terminating the contract, and seeking compensation for any losses caused thereby.
