Do I Need to Bind an EIP to Each ECS in the VPCs Connected over a Cloud Connection? What Can I Do If the Hybrid Cloud Network Set Up Using Cloud Connect and Direct Connect Is Disconnected?
Prerequisites The ECS billing mode is pay-per-use. The ECS status is Running or Stopped. Procedure Log in to the management console. Click in the upper left corner and select your region and project. Click and choose Compute > Elastic Cloud Server.
Single ECS: Select the ECS you want to change the billing mode and choose More > Change to Pay-per-Use After Expiration in the Operation column.
Do I Need to Bind an EIP to Each ECS in the VPCs Connected over a Cloud Connection? If the ECSs are used only within the VPCs, no EIPs are required.

ECS 3 Create an ECS in each VPC to verify network connectivity. ECS Name: Set it based on site requirements. In this example, the names are as follows: Region A: ECS-A Region B: ECS-B Region C: ECS-C Image: Set it as needed.
