Take ECS as an example. Enter an ECS username and password. Key: The Username and Key are displayed on the page. For details about how to generate and obtain a key, see Adding a Target Host to a Host Cluster. SSH Port Yes Port 22 is recommended. Custom ports are supported.

Deploying an Application on ECS Adding a Target Host to the Project Before deploying applications to ECSs, add target hosts as basic resources for the project. Go to the Phoenix Mall project, and choose Settings > General > Basic Resources.
Name of the agency. aom_ecm_trust Agency Type Select Cloud service. - Cloud Service Select Elastic Cloud Server (ECS) and Bare Metal Server (BMS) from the drop-down list. - Validity Period Select Unlimited. - Description Optional.
The following requirements are mandatory for you to import the purchased ECS: The ECS is running. The ECS and host cluster have the same OS. Agent host has a public IP (agent mode) when using a default agent pool. The ECS has been imported as a target host.

The Elastic Cloud Server page is displayed. Click the target ECS. On the ECS details page, click the Security Groups tab. Click a security group ID. On the page that is displayed, click Manage Rules > Inbound Rules.
The Elastic Cloud Server page is displayed. Click Buy ECS on the ECS console. On the ECS configuration page, set parameters as prompted. After setting the parameters, click Submit, and the ECS is created.

Public services, such as Elastic Cloud Server (ECS), Elastic Volume Service (EVS), Object Storage Service (OBS), Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic IP (EIP), and Image Management Service (IMS), are shared within the same region.
ECS Select the ECS to be deployed. Select Deployment Source Artifact: Select an existing software package from Artifact. OBS: Select the software package uploaded using OBS. Action Control Continue the task even if this action fails.

The first application is used for CCE deployment, and the second and third applications are used for ECS deployment.
When purchasing a Huawei Cloud ECS, you are advised to select Arm-based CentOS, Ubuntu, or Huawei Cloud EulerOS. Arm-based EulerOS does not have the yum source of openjdk-11. If you encounter any problems during deployment, see Installing JDK.
