This section uses a Linux elastic cloud server (ECS) as the client. Before creating a RabbitMQ instance, create an ECS with elastic IPs (EIPs), install JDK, and configure the environment variables.
Resources, such as ECS and volume resources, are insufficient. Try again later. 400 DMS.00400060 This instance name already exists. The instance name already exists. Check the instance name. 400 DMS.00400061 Invalid instance ID format. Invalid instance ID.
Client Network Environment A client can access a RabbitMQ instance in any of the following modes: Within a Virtual Private Network (VPC) If the client runs on an Elastic Cloud Server (ECS) and is in the same region and VPC as the RabbitMQ instance, the client can access the instance
Public services, such as Elastic Cloud Server (ECS), Elastic Volume Service (EVS), Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic IP (EIP), and Image Management Service (IMS), are shared within the same region. Regions are classified as universal regions and dedicated regions.
If public access is not enabled for the RabbitMQ instance, you must purchase a Windows ECS that can connect to the RabbitMQ instance. Then, log in to the ECS and access the web page. For details on how to purchase an ECS, see Purchasing a Custom ECS.

Add the following security group rule to allow the ECS to access the RabbitMQ instance.
Currently, single-node and cluster types are supported. product_id String Product ID. ecs_flavor_id String ECS flavor. billing_code String Billing mode. arch_types Array of strings CPU architecture. charging_mode Array of strings Billing mode. monthly: yearly/monthly hourly: pay-per-use
