Public services, such as Elastic Cloud Server (ECS), Elastic Volume Service (EVS), Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), Elastic IP (EIP), and Image Management Service (IMS), are shared within the same region. Regions are classified into universal and dedicated regions.

Step 3: Create an ECS Node on the Tenant Side The ECS node created on the tenant side belongs to vpc-10. The EIP of the node is 100.93.0.237, and the private IP address is 10.0.0.80. Go to the ECS console. Click Buy ECS.
