You can use DBSS instances to protect and audit the databases built on RDS, ECS, and BMS. DBSS works with Resource Management Service (RMS) and Tag Management Service (TMS). You can view DBSS instance information on the platform of these services. Parent topic: Security

Process Overview Context Database audit supports auditing user-installed databases on ECS/BMS as well as RDS databases on Huawei Cloud. Database audit cannot be used across regions.

DBSS protects databases built on Elastic Cloud Server (ECS) and Bare Metal Server (BMS), and RDS instances within the same VPC and its subnets.
