After a global EIP is bound to an ECS, the VPC of the ECS cannot be changed, and no more EIP can be bound to the ECS. A global EIP cannot be bound to a shared load balancer. Prerequisites The required instance (such as ECS or ELB) has been created.
When you bind a global internet gateway to a global EIP of an ECS, the system automatically lists the global internet gateway of the VPC that the ECS belongs to, if there is one. Prerequisites A global internet gateway has been created for the VPC of the ECS.
