When Does an ECS Become Provisioned? Yearly/Monthly ECS: After you pay for an ECS and the system successfully deducts incurred fees from your account balance, the ECS is automatically provisioned. Pay-per-use ECS: The ECS is automatically provisioned after it is created.
On the ECSs on the DeH tab, locate the target ECS and select the target option in the Operation column to manage the ECS. Alternatively, select the target ECS and select an operation above the ECS list.
