Configuring Automatic Mounting at System Start The fstab file controls what disks are automatically mounted at ECS startup. You can configure the fstab file of an ECS that has data. This operation will not affect the existing data.
Prerequisites You have purchased an ECS and bound an EIP to it. The rule listed in the following table has been added to the security group which the target ECS belongs to. For details, see Adding a Security Group Rule.

Preparations Prepare an ECS and assign a public IP address or EIP to the ECS. Ensure that inbound security group rules allow traffic to flow to the ECS over port 8080. Prerequisites A yum repository has been configured.
To log in to an instance, add a security group rule by referring to Remotely Logging In to an ECS from a Local Server. Table 1 describes the rules in the default security group.
Use one ECS as the FTP server and the other as the client. Configure security group inbound rules to allow traffic to the FTP server over port 21. Prerequisites A yum repository has been configured.
