Resource optimization Cost Center analyzes your historical CPU and other resource usage to identify idle ECS resources and generate resource rightsizing recommendations. These rightsizing opportunities are places where you can reduce costs.
Only storage-compute decoupled clusters and ECS clusters of 9.1.0.200 and later versions support auto elastic addition and deletion. The fine-grained snapshot feature is automatically enabled in the cluster. An error will be reported when you create or delete a plan.

For example, if an ECS (settled by hour) is deleted at 08:30, the fees generated during 08:00 to 09:00 are usually deducted at about 10:00.
